David H. DeBlasio has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1974. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to commercial litigation and the representation of banks and credit granting agencies in the prosecution and protection of their claims. Such claims include foreclosures, credit card defaults, motor vehicle loans, medical recovery and related litigation. Practicing in the protection of creditors’ rights since 1985, Mr. DeBlasio and his associates work almost exclusively in the collection field.

 

Primary counsel David DeBlasio is a founding member of the Oregon Debtor Creditor section, a published author of state bar education materials, and is a member of the Commercial Law League, The National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the American Collectors Association and numerous Law lists all geared to the practice of collecting commercial debt and the recovery of assets to its clients.
